In just under one hour we ran a total of 3.19 miles using the Fartlek Technique of Sprinting then Jogging..
We Sprinted up and jogged down over 1000 steps over several repetitions, completed pull ups, dips and step ups!
The get fit team is just that - a team of members, students & family members who just want a kick start to fitness goals in 2014!
