Child Protection Update.

During the Summer School Holidays were planning our usual trips and activities (details to follow) we've never lost any child whilst out enjoying ourselves but as you can imagine visits like Chester zoo in the school holidays can get very busy, as a precaution every child attending any trips will be required to wear a gold wrist band that have our contact details.

As a precaution the children will be briefed to find a member of staff and call the contact number on the wristband so that we can reacquaint as soon as possible!

Holiday Kids Class

Tonight's Kids Class was pretty awesome, over 40 kids in the gym and some great Thai Boxing.. 

I was honoured to be able to teach for a full 2hrs tonight , I must say I'm really proud of the kids progress! #greatkids #greatclass #greatmartialart

Another Brilliant Kids Class

Another excellent kids class!! The 40+ kids and 10 coaches / instructors took the kids class to the local playing field this evening..

We delivered an outstanding kicking class to an audience consisting of local children and families who where also enjoying the evening sun!

Club Night Out in Brum

Last Sunday we went to a Great Show at Gatecrasher in Birmingham and what better way to start the day than a Wetherspoons breakfast? (Above)

The event showcased some great talent from N'Class through to A'Class, we will be looking at putting some of our fighters on the next show!

TTB students recieved VIP treatment, waitress service, ringside seats and met up with some great friends from around the country!

Advanced Kids went all Fartlek!

Our advanced kids class headed up to HLC in the club minibus to complete a gruelling Fartlek course set up by Kru Matt.

Each student ran four miles as a warmup, completed 30x hill sprints and finished with a Fartlek course of 3x 50m which they completed 10 times sprinting 50m, Jogging 50m etc.

Well done Barney "Springer Spaniel" Taylor who's new haircut increased his stamina x1000!

Monty the Monkey joins Sam Hodson for a little bit of sparing! Sam who's trains in our Tiny Thais class must collect photos of Monty for a school project.

British Open

We have already entered 9 juniors into this years event on 3rd May 2014..
